Delivery Information

All orders of £20.00 or above are delivered free of charge using Royal Mail 1^st Class Post. Orders below £20.00 are subject to a delivery charge of just £1.99. We have a variety of other delivery options to suit your requirements, which we have kept at sensible affordable prices. We recommend one of the ‘signed for’ options for higher value orders, or for guaranteed express delivery. 

Deliveries are subject to availability. If we have any problem with fulfilling your order we shall try to contact you by telephone, but if unable to do so, will send an email. You will receive an email confirming the dispatch of your order.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day. Most items are delivered from stock, however a few items may be subject to longer delivery times. This will be indicated in the item description. Delivery should be within 1-3 days of dispatch within the UK, or 10 days for International orders.

Our daily cut-off order time is 1pm. We may process orders received after this, but cannot guarantee to do so. If your order is urgent, and you are placing it after this time, please telephone to check if we are still able to process it that same day.

If you are not available to accept delivery at home during normal working hours, we suggest that you request that the goods be delivered to a work address rather than your home address.

International postage rates vary widely depending upon weight. Please contact us when placing your order so we can quote you the best-value delivery option.

Details of Services Used

Royal Mail 1^st Class

This is not a guaranteed service, but Royal Mail state “First Class mail aims to deliver your letter or packet the next working day, including Saturday”. However this is not a guaranteed service, and although Royal Mail are generally reliable, parcels can take much longer.

Royal Mail Recorded Signed For Delivery

This is a low cost trackable service. Parcels are sent via the 1^st class service, but are signed for and trackable. Most parcels sent using this service arrive within 1 or 2 working days.

Next Day Delivery

Orders will be sent using either 24 hour courier or Royal Mail’s next day service.

• Orders must be placed before 1pm, although you can phone or email after this time to check if we are still able to accept your order for this service.
• Deliveries are only made Mon-Fri.
• Parcels will be delivered before 5pm and will need a signature. If no one is there to sign, you will need to rearrange delivery time or collect from the specified depot.
• All orders are trackable.
• Service applies to UK mainline only. Please contact us for details if you think you may not be within the area covered.

Next Day Delivery (Saturday)

• This service is only available to UK residential addresses with full postcode.
• Orders must be placed before 11am on Friday.

Airsure

We ship internationally, but only use the Royal Mail Airsure service. This is to minimise the possibility of lost parcels, and to ensure that your parcel is delivered as quickly as possible. Due to the wide price variations depending on weight of parcel, please contact us and we can give you the correct price for your order.
