This dress is just gorgeous, but the detail cannot be seen on the photograph. The dress is a shimmering crushed velvet with rouched bodice and adjustable ribbon straps, and a mass of soft black feathers at the hem. Black lace swagged overskirt creating a scalloped hem. Very versatile as it is perfect for so many costumes, including gangster, western showgirl, 1920's, witch, goth, or just a gorgeous dress!
