How much is your delivery and how quickly will my item arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day, and our basic service is Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery, so you should receive your goods within 72 hours of placing the order. All orders of £70.00 or above are delivered free of charge, orders below £70.00 are subject to a delivery charge. We have a variety of other delivery options to suit your requirements, which we have kept at sensible affordable prices. Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes you are able to pick your order up from our warehouse in Co Durham, this will obviously cancel out your delivery fees. If you would like to do this then please contact us before you place your order. Our warehouse is located at:

Am I able to return My Item?
We accept returns as long as they fit our terms and conditions, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide us with your name, contact details and order number. Please click to view our Returns Policy.
My order is urgent, how can I be sure it's processed today?
Our daily cut of time is 1pm, so if you place your order after that then there is a chance that it won't be processed till the following day. If your order is particularly urgent then please contact one of our helpful advisors who will make an extra effort to make sure you get your costume in time.
Am I able to cancel my order?
If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it then you must contact us as soon as possible, we are able to cancel orders up until they are processed to our shipping department. Once the order has reached the shipping department we consider it a return, please view our Returns Policy for details of this.
