Refunds & Exchanges Policy

 

We want our customers to be completely confident when ordering from us, so if you are not completely satisfied for whatever reason, you may return items within 14 working days for refund. All we ask is that you follow the simple guidelines below.

 

1. Before you return any item, please contact us first for a returns authorisation number. Please provide your name, contact details & order number. Please also enclose this number in your returns parcel.


2. Items must be returned unused, in the same condition that you received them. They must be in original packaging with tags in place (where applicable) and in a saleable condition.


3. Items removed from sealed packaging cannot be accepted for refund. All items are inspected upon their return. In the interests of hygiene: underwear; stockings; socks; tights; teeth; contact lenses; wigs; eyelashes; and false nails, cannot be refunded, unless faulty or in sealed packaging with tamper seals in place (where provided). Please note that some costumes are supplied with accessories supplied in sealed packages. Please ensure that you try the costume itself on before opening any accompanying packages, as we cannot accept these back once opened.


4. We regret that any postage costs incurred in delivering your order to you are not refundable.


5. Please return items to the address provided with your returns authorisation number. We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods until they are delivered to us. Therefore we recommend using recorded delivery, and using a service which includes insurance for the value of the items being returned.


6. Refunds will be made to the debit/credit card that was used for the original purchase, or a cheque will be forwarded to the cardholder if the card is no longer valid. Cheques will only be issued to the original customer.


7. Items returned outside of our returns policy may not be refunded. We will always provide a reason for this, and are happy to return these items to you.


8.We aim to process your refund quickly, usually within 7 working days of the receipt of goods. During busy periods such as Halloween and Christmas it may take longer, however all refunds will be completed within 30 days of receipt of goods returned to us.

 

9. If you would like to cancel an order prior to dispatch please contact us as soon as possible on 01767 627022. An immediate refund will be made.


9.None of these guidelines affect your statutory rights.
